Stein Stokke has been engaged in music since the sixties, and through decades established himself as a significant blues artist. Well known for his raw, powerful yet soulful voice, and a personal harmonica style, he, as far as one knows, is the only one who plays jew's harp (jaw- /mouth harp) and occasionally baritone horn, in a blues context. In addition, he plays guitar in the Blues Duo. Deeply rooted in the nutritious soil of the blues, Stein writes most of the songs with co-arrangements from Trond Eliassen and The Engine, Some of his meaningful lyrics have been printed in magazines, and he is known to spice up the concerts with quick remarks and stories about the songs.

Trond Eliassen on guitar and slide has his own signature, built on years of experience, and with a focus on letting the guitar give the song the right character. In addition to the guitar, Trond has years of experience as a sound engineer, producer, composer and arranger, and is the technical producer on all the band's and duo's singles from 2023 onwards.
